NAIC Suitability Requirements - Protective Life Annuity Product Training

All insurance agents and/or registered representatives selling or soliciting annuity products in applicable states must comply with model regulations issued by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and individual states.

These regulations require both general annuity training at the state level and/or product-specific training by the insurance companies with which they are licensed.

Online Training

Protective Life offers online training courses through Quest CE for all fixed, variable and immediate annuity products. All annuity training must be completed prior to selling annuity products.

Advisors who have not already taken the state annuity training may use Quest CE for their state training as well.
